We invite offers over the indicative price to be submitted no later than 4 pm Wednesday July 21st 2021. All offers received are strictly confidential and will be presented to the developer for consideration. Offers need to be submitted to sales@milnspark.co.nz. The developer may accept or reject an offer or may seek to negotiate terms of the offer at any time before 4pm on 28th July 2021. Offers will be irrevocable until 4pm on Wednesday 28th July 2021
