Please print off, complete and return this application with your plans. If the appropriate information is not supplied the application may be returned to the applicant. MPL reserve the right to charge processing fees where any applicant required significant input in achieving plan approval.
The vendor will have all boundary fences erected (excluding road frontages and ROW access boundaries), at no cost to the purchaser. All road frontage fencing must adhere to the CCC, District Plan, 'the maximum height a fence can be within 4 metres of a road boundary is 1.2 metres'.
Construction Site Fencing
Temporary fencing that complies with Health and Safety regulations is required on the road & R.O.W. boundaries during construction to ensure that the site is fully secured.
Prior to, during and after construction, the section must be maintained in a clean and tidy manner. No rubbish, builders waste or similar is be allowed to accumulate or be placed on the lot or any adjoining lot. Should damage occur to landscaping, irrigation, berms or kerbs, the Purchaser shall immediately notify MPL to have the damage repaired
Milns Park sections are TC2. An individual site specific Geotech report will be supplied to each purchaser with their Sale & Purchase Agreement or if the report has not been completed, it will be issued as soon as it is available.
